I was excited to have this product installed in my new car, as I can't live without having a remote start after having one on my last car. Circuit City installed this product, and after about 12 visits to get it repaired..... it never was what it advertised. It starts my car, it locks and unlocks my car......but it only starts my car for about 3 minutes, then it turns off...... and after 12 visits.....it does the same thing.
