Clarion SR9000 2-Way Security/Remote Start/Keyless Entry Review

Clarion SR9000 2-Way Security/Remote Start/Keyless Entry Review
Pros:

I just installed one on a 1999 Toyota Tacoma and I tell you, this alarm is works flawlessly. The range is amazing, I got about 1/2 mile outdoors. There are SO MANY options with the programming and alot of built in relays to make installation simpler. Very nice remote, simple to use and even vibrate. Nicely compact and loud horn. I am a big fan of Ungo products, been using them for last 20 years. Installation is simple if you are patient, read instructions thoroughly, use quick splices[...] and run the wires clean. Has alot of safety features, better than most of the cheap Ee-bay brands.

Cons:

This only comes with one remote, wish it had two. Read the programming manual before you start change the default programming, can be confusing. TOO MANY options with programming, can be confusing. Wire harness coming out of antenna should be on side instead of top. Cheap looking safety toggle switch and fragile plastic programming switch. That's about it.
Works great in cold weather. Good price and quick shipping. Would buy again.
