This is most likely the easiest harness in the car to access, so installing the Bulldog without this t-adaptor would not be much harder. One of the heavy gauge wires was not well crimped in on mine and it pulled out, so I ended up repairing the t-harness anyway. Soldered the wire back into its connector, as they all should have been anyway.
